Monitoring Report of the Activities.Time Zero Evaluation

The deliverable D8.3 comprises an initial framework connected to the impact evaluation of the EUARENAS Project activities, with a focus on: the Pilot cities' experiences to track the progress of citizen-based urban initiatives and how they might help to connect participatory and deliberative forms of democratic government; and an early self-assessment of the Project's previously achieved outcomes. The report builds on the two deliverables “D8.1 analysis of the status-quo of territories” (D8.1) and “D8.2 EUARENAS INDEX – EUARI” (D8.2) that gave practical guidance for conducting an impact evaluation of deliberative democracy activities.
