Report on the identification of the enlarged base of End Users and Stakeholders, with an analysis of their profiles and requirements, EU, MEDESS-4MS - Mediterranean Decision Support System for Marine Safety

The aim of this Report is to understand End User value drivers and End User requirements. In order to do so, we analyze End Users’ purpose, organization and activities, to understand their involvement in Oil Spills and Oil Spill related activities, and their actual or potential interest in forecasting and in taking advantage and capitalizing on the Decision Support System. In addition, we want to ensure that their requirements are captured and fed into the process of designing the MEDESS4MS service.
