In this chapter, targeted mentorship is presented as a powerful catalyst that offers student founders the strategic guidance and socio-emotional support they need to launch a business. Based on a field case study, guidelines for designing high-impact mentoring programs are outlined. These guidelines also cover digital and hybrid models aimed at deepening mentor–mentee connections and extending the deployment of entrepreneurship programs in remote areas.
