Sostenibilità ESG e attività bancaria

The contribution examines the issue of ESG sustainability in the banking context, with a dynamic perspective, aimed at determining its scope in the intertwining of a complex interplay of conflicting interests. In a multi-stakeholder based corporate management perspective, sound and prudent sustainable management is thus reconstructed as a (heteronomous) rule for organizing the processes of the banking business and the risks of a possible (and excessive) green swan are highlighted.

Il contributo esamina il tema della sostenibilità ESG nel contesto dell’attività bancaria, con una prospettiva dinamica, mirata a determinarne la portata nell’intreccio di un complesso gioco di interessi contrastanti. In una prospettiva di gestione societaria multi-stakeholders based, la sana e prudente gestione sostenibile viene così ricostruita come regola (eteronoma) di organizzazione dei processi dell’impresa bancaria e se ne evidenziano i rischi di un possibile (ed eccessivo) del Green swan.
