La fase emendativa del procedimento di revisione costituzionale in Senato. Spunti critici a partire da un anomalo parere della Giunta per il regolamento

This short essay reconstructs the debate in the Senate Rules Committee, during a session requested by the opposition, which was particularly critical of the majority's actions during the debate on the reform of the judicial system. The discussion revealed very weak positions on the part of the opposition and an attitude on the part of the majority to be completely alligned to Government's directives, to the extent that it approved a resolution endorsing the decisions taken in committee, allowing the procedural model to be replicated in the future. The opinion appears technically questionable and, above all, confirms an extremely partisan tendency in the way in which even constitutional amendments are promoted.
