When all the decision-making process, due to the full automatization of the business, are made by machines there is no longer a coincidence between the powers of board members and related responsibility. This has as a consequence the possible modification of the basis for traditional theories of civil liability and raises the question on whether we are actually in the presence of a new kind of company, not based on the action of humans.
