Stakeholder Engagement Toolbox

The Strategy for the Stakeholders’ Engagement is to enhance and promote the cooperation and collaboration of all the stakeholders directly and indirectly involved in AWARE. Given the pivotal role of external stakeholders in project implementation, this report delineates and elucidates an overarching strategy for mapping and structuring dialogue between stakeholders. The study incorporates a three-step approach for identifying and engaging stakeholders, encompassing, i) stakeholder mapping, ii) preparation and engagement methods and iii) engagement guidelines and ethical standards. Its purpose is to: describe the objective and approach for identifying and engaging with the stakeholders relevant for AWARE.
