The work is mainly focused on competition enforcement, i.e. the application of antitrust law in the new markets for payment services, and only incidentally on Multilateral Interchange Fee Regulation. After a brief introduction, the work examines the provisions implementing the PSD2 Directive which, in my opinion, are more relevant from an antitrust law standpoint, starting with those which intervene on the definition of the relevant market and of the players authorized to operate in it.

Abstract
The work is mainly focused on competition enforcement, i.e. the application of antitrust law in the new markets for payment services, and only incidentally on Multilateral Interchange Fee Regulation. After a brief introduction, the work examines the provisions implementing the PSD2 Directive which, in my opinion, are more relevant from an antitrust law standpoint, starting with those which intervene on the definition of the relevant market and of the players authorized to operate in it.File in questo prodotto:
