“Osservatorio@migrazioni” provides a structured, specifically organized and commented collection of the rules applicable to migrations and to migrant people. It includes: the relevant international conventions, regulations and other key acts of the European Union, the legislation and the most important acts of the Republic of Italy. The topics covered concern, in particular, the policies on border checks, asylum, immigration, as well as migration in general. Ad hoc sections are dedicated, inter alia, to the activity of the EU and the Italian Institutions (e.g. European Parliament, European Council, Council, European Commission, Italian Parliament), including significant court’s ruling where pertinent.
