Based on the concepts of the studied Arab political theorist, al-Jabri, this chapter argues that the "Arab state" is possible, if certain internal and external conditions are dealt with. Intellectually, the Arab-Islamic tradition is fertile for the concept, and practically, it depends on various factors.
