This essay analyses the latest developments in the independent agencies’ adjudicatory power, the function of dispute resolution. In this perspective, it considers how independent agencies perform this quasi-judicial role, namely how they can solve conflicts between undertakings, between undertakings and customers, and even between private citizens, assuring an effective protection to the claimant.
