Interpretatio Consilium Inventio: Il notaio e le macchine nell’era della post-verità

Is imperative to address the issue of the current and future function of notaries in an age characterized by significant change in the mechanisms of law formation as well as by the advent of machines that can store, certify and record deeds and facts. This article makes reference to authoritative classical (Carnelutti and Satta) and contemporary (Palazzo) doctrine to acknowledge the interpretative and argumentative function of notaries in the process of positivization of the law today and to emphasize their ineliminable role, in a future world presenting increasingly intelligent machines, to knowledgeably embody the will of the parties involved.
